Welcome to my new and rebranded site!
This is quite a big improvement from the old one! I finally had some time this winter to work on the site and decided to give it a facelift! My subscription and domain expired and I decided to switch from WordPress to SquareSpace. It seem like the perfect opportunity!
Let me tell you about my boat. I mean the new changes!
Let’s start with the previous logo and menu!

I really liked this menu at first glance and at the time I used it, it felt pretty fluid for the visitor. The more I visited my own site, the more I disliked it. There was a lot of clicking and loading and I did not want my visitor to experience that. I want immediate response and I want my visitors to navigate easily and quickly!
As for my logo, if you haven’t realized it, it is my drawing of the statue “Winged Victory of Samothrace” that could be found in the Louvre. It is one of my favorite pieces of art and I have had the privilege to see it in person.
A LOT of people have asked me what my logo is. I figured if my logo is not recognizable, why bother? So the process of redesigning started and I wanted something simple and clean.

The new logo and menu is much simpler, cleaner, and faster. The categories are straight forward and I think this is easier to navigate. You may notice a few new link and a few familiar ones!
As of this post, the main focus on categories are going to be portraits, fashion, and underwater. I may add one more or two down the road. As of now, I want to focus on those three.
Something NEW!
I decided with all the print I have sold in person, I opened up an online store! This will cover digital prints, physical fine art prints, and framed prints!
Now clients and visitors can purchase prints from the site and have them securely shipped.
More on that on a later post!

The previous menu was neat.
I didn’t like how many categories there were and how many you had to click to see. I figured with this new layout, the scrolling would be a lot smoother and there is limited to no loading time. It seemed like a cleaner design.
There are a few bugs in the layout so far but I will do my best to clean it up the best I can!
